This website (“Site”) is operated by Ruffage Dog Treat Co™ (referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”), and apply to your purchase of our products from our site.

Please contact us at woof@ruffage.co.nz within 30 days of your Order being confirmed by us.

Include your name, address, phone number, email address and the order number on your email confirmation. If you don’t have an order number please provide details of your Order, e.g. Products included and quantities.

Let us know what the issue is, and whether you’re after an exchange or a refund. Include whether product has been opened/used and provide a photo.

If we deem there is an issue with the product, the following terms apply:

TERMS OF A PRODUCT EXCHANGE

   You will be asked to send product back to Ruffage Dog Treat Co™. If this happens, we will send you a free return shipping label that you can attach to a return pack. Please make sure you include whatever is left of the product with the issue.
   Processing will take up to 5 business days. Once we have confirmed we will exchange your Order, there is an additional delivery period based on our delivery timeframes as outlined in our delivery terms.
   You will receive an email from Ruffage Dog Treat Co™ confirming a new delivery with the same tracking information as a standard order.

TERMS OF A REFUND

   Ruffage Dog Treat Co™ will refund you the value of the original order and the shipping cost.
   It will take up to 10 business days for us to process the refund
   We will refund it back into the same account that you paid it from
   Depending on how you paid for it, it could take up to 3 weeks.
   Once this is done you’ll get an email back confirming the refund is complete

Ruffage Dog Treat Co™ does not accept risk for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered

All our prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and include tax but not delivery charges

We may amend these terms of use from time to time at our discretion and without notice.
