PLACING AN ORDER

  Any order placed on our site (“Order”) is an offer to purchase at least one product from us
  Once you’ve placed an Order, we’ll confirm acceptance by sending you back an email that says we have received your order and are processing it, providing a confirmation of payment and an order number.
  Ruffage Dog Treat Co.™ will deliver all products shown on our website (“Products”) to anywhere in Auckland.
  We will consider delivery outside the specified territory on a case by case basis, at our discretion, via manual email order (i.e. not placed through the regular online ecommerce system at www.ruffage.co.nz) to woof@ruffage.co.nz. It can take us up to 5 business days to respond and you will be advised of the unique delivery fee based on your location and timeliness expectations. Please note the remaining terms and conditions relate only to orders placed through our online ecommerce system via www.ruffage.co.nz.

PRICES & PAYMENTS

  All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
  All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion for any reason.
  The cost of your Online Purchase will be the price of the Products ordered on the Site. However, you will be solely liable for all credit card charges, including bank charges on the transaction for each Online Purchase. Ruffage Dog Treat Co.™ will add any transaction charges by your financial institution to the payment. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express

TERMINATION

Ruffage Dog Treat Co.™ reserves the right to terminate any Order upon notice before delivery. Ruffage Dog Treat Co.™ will reimburse you the purchase price of the Order if we terminate your Order.
